Gus 6X Cowboy Hat

A true Stetson icon, the Gus combines legendary quality and a classic profile that recalls the earliest days of western hats. The Gus is crafted from our proprietary 6X fur felt, which is prized for its durability and elegant feel, and, as with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each Gus is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. It features a 4” x 5” medium slope crown and 4” slightly curved brim. Each Gus is finished with a twisted leather band and a branding-iron hat pin bearing the initials “JBS”, a nod to our founder, John B. Stetson, whose pioneering legacy lives on in every hat we make. A handsewn genuine leather sweatband and full satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort.
